Last updated 29 July 2026

This notice explains how Fits Capital Ltd handles personal data in connection with mfedotov.com, the personal site of Mikhail Fedotov. We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Fits Capital Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 15762760. Registered office: 6 Butts Road, Horspath, Oxford, England, OX33 1RH. Contact: m.fedotov@fitscapital.co.uk.

What we collect

This site has no contact forms, no account areas and no advertising or analytics trackers. We collect personal data only in two situations:

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own, and no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies of any kind. Because nothing is stored on your device beyond what is strictly necessary to serve the page, no consent banner is required under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

Fonts, styles and images are served from our own domain. No third-party service is contacted when you load a page, so no data about your visit reaches anyone other than us and our hosting provider.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. Data may be handled by our hosting and email providers acting on our instructions, and disclosed where the law requires it.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the matter it concerns, and afterwards for the period required by UK company and tax law. Server logs are kept for a short technical retention period by our hosting provider.

International transfers

We operate from Oxford in the United Kingdom and from Limassol in Cyprus. Where personal data moves between those locations or to a service provider outside the UK, it is protected by an adequacy decision or by standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or erase it, object to or restrict our processing, and ask for portability. Write to m.fedotov@fitscapital.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this notice changes, the revised version will appear here with a new date.
